During his career he was a member of the 1st graduating class from the University of St. Thomas with a MMBA in Real Estate. Bob is also currently involved in One-on-One Coaching in the Mike Ferry Organization, a program representing the top one half of one percent of realtors in the nation. Bob continues his own evolution by setting an example using self-improvement techniques. This continual focus to improve was recognized by Bob's colleagues in 2005 when they voted him Realtor of the Year, something he considers to be one of the proudest achievements of his lifetime. Over the years, Bob and his business partner Chris Hoyt have established their niche by concentrating largely on the Lakeshore home market. They are both strong believers in this segment of the industry and each lives the lakeshore dream on a personal level, as well. Bob will moderate a panel discussion on The Uniqueness of Lakeshore Real Estate in which you will learn the key indicators to watch that affect the lakeshore real estate housing market, what dominant influences affect particular markets under discussion and how realtors and developers best respond to these influences.

His mother, Mary Ann Hoyt, has been a realtor in the Forest Lake area for several years, as has Chris himself for over a decade. Because of his knowledge of the area and the loyal contacts he has cultivated over the years, Chris has always been able to provide his customers with an unmatched understanding of the local marketplace. His dedication and pledge to his customers - coupled with his philosophy of outperforming the competition - have always been his trademark. Chris believes that full service means exactly that! Beginning with the sign in the yard and concluding with the check at closing, Chris brings experience, energy and enthusiasm to the team. Chris and Jill, his wife of 10 years, are proud parents of two girls, Afton and Eden, and a son named Westin. Together they are active in many volunteer organizations - including being among one of the founders of the Forest Lake Lake Association – as well as many others on a local and statewide level. Chris graduated from the University of St. Thomas, where he received a B.A. degree in Business Finance prior to embarking on his Real Estate career. Like many of his colleagues at ERA Muske, Chris is also honored to be coached by the Mike Ferry organization, once again a program that represents the top one half of one percent of all realtors in the United States.
