National Builders, Inc. is a family run business that has been building single family homes and townhomes since 1978, and has been incorporated since 1984. Gregg Radefeldt is the President/Owner of National Builders and has successfully built over 1200 residences to date. Gregg is a graduate of St. Cloud University with a degree in economics and business. Construction has always been in Gregg's lineage as his father owned his own construction company founded in 1938. Gregg has been president of National Builders since inception, and personally oversees all construction no matter how big or small. Gregg's largest building achievement to date was a $9 million 60 unit residential condominium in White Bear Lake he constructed in 2006. National Builders has maintained a consistent business even during the economic downturn and they look forward to many more successful years to come.
